Beloved Friends,

It's been an abundant month for Tucson Yoga!  Many thanks are due for those who generously offered two days of their time and expertise to install our beautiful new cork floor: Scott Butler, Clyde Richmond, Christopher Hogrelius, Chris Stebe and Dave Marks - these guys worked really hard!  BIG THANKS to them, and loads of gratitude to Natasha Winnik and Originate Natural Building Materials for connecting us with affordable, high-quality, natural flooring.  We're open again with our regular class schedule, which you'll find at the end of this email.

Alyssa Kratz's Thanksgiving Day Benefit was a huge success, with over 40 people in attendance and over $600 raised to support Tibetan Refugees through Lha Institute.  Next Saturday night, join Alyssa again for movie night, where she'll be showing Tibet: Cry of the Snow Lion and raising more support for this important cause.

We're looking forward to the return of Keith Borden this weekend, for a divine afternoon Vinyasa practice and evening Kirtan. Natasha Korshak will be teaching a workshop on Vedic Astrology, a topic dear to her heart for many years now, on December 11th.  Michelle will lead a Solstice Celebration on the 18th, and Frank Jude's 40-hour Mindfulness Yoga Training will begin just after the new year.

Blessings from your friends at Tucson Yoga
