Tibetan Heart Yoga with Ann Curry
This special workshop will introduce you to the basic principles of Tibetan Heart Yoga with a focus on opening the heart, and you will learn meditation techniques that you may do anytime.  For five years Ann has been a dedicated student of advanced Tibetan Heart Yoga studies through Diamond Mountain University.  More info & registration at www.tucsonyoga.com.

Mindfulness Community Sangha with Frank Jude Boccio
We're delighted to begin hosting Frank Jude's weekly mindfulness gatherings at Tucson Yoga, on Sundays at 7pm, starting August 23rd.  This non-sectarian practice includes sitting and walking meditation, instruction and discussion.  Please note that Frank Jude travels often, and interested participants should join the Sangha email list to stay informed of the schedule, which is on-and-off.  Donations gratefully accepted.

Introduction to Yoga with Leah Stauber
Four-Week Course on Saturdays, 1:00-2:30pm
In this 4-part series for total beginners, students will learn the basics of yoga, including postures, body alignment, breathing, and philosophy.  This course is designed to get you started on a regular yoga practice, at home or in weekly classes.  Continuing students are welcome to participate.  More info & registration at www.tucsonyoga.com.
