Tucson Yoga Update

Dear Friends and Yogis,
We are continually amazed at our dynamic staff! First off, five teachers have joined forces to create Summer Saturdays, a series of donation-based Saturday-night workshops to benefit excellent causes. Second, Joe Barnett's mind-blowing Anatomy for Yoga workshops have received many rave reviews, and if you missed the last one, it'll be offered again on July 31! In addition, Frank Jude Boccio will be teaching his world-class Mindfulness Meditation course right here in August, and this month his writing has again been featured in Yoga Journal. Don't miss the latest Teacher's Blog entries by Mattie Eisenberg and Sally Weber. Lastly, the studio is totally open this Sunday on the 4th of July! Namaste!

Summer Saturdays
Every Saturday evening in July!
Tucson Yoga's teachers have joined forces to offer this series of donation-based workshops to benefit local nonprofits, every Saturday night in July. This effort will benefit Diamond Mountain's Three-Year Retreat, which Ann Curry will be attending, and Baja Arizona, a group that supports local, sustainable and humane food producers. Intro to Mindfulness Meditation
Join Frank Jude Boccio for this four-class course designed to ground you in a firm understanding and practice of mindfulness, with an emphasis on cultivating mindfulness in the midst of our full and busy lives. $60 General, $50 Members, and $40 for students who took this course in January.
