Alyssa Kratz

When Alyssa began practicing yoga, she was unaware that she had just stumbled upon a practice that would soon become one of the largest guiding aspects of her daily life. Her enthusiasm, love, and gratitude for the practice shines through in her teaching. Having studied a variety of yoga styles, Alyssa thoughtfully blends alignment with creative flow, humor with devoted practice. She has a deep interest in yoga philosophy, which she naturally weaves as a connecting thread through both her asana classes and her life. It is her goal to support her students in opening to themselves as they are, with joyful awareness, embracing the pure divine perfection that already resides inside each one of us. She hopes to authentically share the joy she has discovered through these practices with others.
Alyssa is currently working towards a degree in Holistic Health at Prescott College. She enjoys learning from the natural world around her by witnessing its innate wisdom and cultivating that wisdom in herself through the practice of meditation. She shares her gratitude to her teachers, namely Chris Coniaris, Dr. M.A. Jayashree and Dr. M.A. Narasimhan among others, for their loving, patient guidance.
