
Tucson Mindfulness Practice Sangha

Those who practice mindful living will inevitably transform themselves
and their way of life. Mindfulness is the seed of awakened living,
awareness, understanding, compassion, freedom, and healing. With
mindfulness, we learn to live more simply, to enjoy ourselves, our
friends and our natural environment. We free ourselves from the
conditioned patterns of behavior so that we can respond to the varying
conditions of life with love, care and wisdom.
The sangha is a community of practitioners who aspire to support one
another to live in harmony as they awaken to a life of love and
understanding together.
All are welcome to join the Tucson Mindfulness Practice Community at
Tucson Yoga. We meet on Sundays, from 7:00 - 8:30 PM. The non-sectarian practice includes sitting and walking meditation,
instruction and discussion. Under the direction of guiding teacher,
Poep Sa Frank Jude Boccio.
