Printed receipt required for online orders
You must bring a printed receipt to retrieve your passes at the studio. If you don't have access to a printer, please pay in-person at the studio rather than buying online.
Receipts for online purchases expire after 30 days. This means passes must be retrieved within 30 days - however the passes themselves do not expire, and can be used anytime. Receipts for online purchases that are more than 30 days old are expired, and have no value.
