Please use the following forms to make changes to your membership. All forms are print-friendly PDF format.
Membership Cancellation Request Form
Use this form to cancel your membership. Form must be received at least 5 days before the next auto-pay date otherwise it won't become effective until the following month.
NOTE: If you started your membership online after 2/5/08 and are paying each month through PayPal, you can cancel your subscription on your own from your PayPal account, without the required 5 days' notice. How to Manage PayPal-based Membership Payments.
Membership Suspension Request Form
If you're planning a vacation of two weeks or more, use this form to suspend payments. Form must be completed at least 5 days before the auto-pay date that precedes the vacation period.
NOTE: If you started your membership online after 2/5/08 and are paying each month through PayPal, you can handle full-month suspensions on your own from your PayPal account, and we'll be notified automatically. How to Manage PayPal-based Membership Payments.
Updates to your membership: Updates to your email address, phone number, or billing address can be emailed to: ty@tucsonyoga.com or call 1-877-TUC-YOGA x9. To update your credit card, please call Carolina at 1-877-TUC-YOGA x6, or ask the teacher scan to scan your new card the next time you attend class.
Membership Cancellation/Suspension FAQ's
If I cancel my membership, how long can I continue using it?
Your membership
number will be valid for the full number of days you paid for. So, if your last payment was on the 15th of the month and you submit a cancellation request on the 3rd day of the following month, you'll still be able to use your membership until the 14th day of that month.
Can I put my membership on hold? I'm going on an extended vacation and I'm not sure when (or if) I'm coming back.
There is no way to indefinitely suspend or hold your membership. If you don't know when you want to restart your membership, then you must cancel it. You'll be able to start a new membership anytime, with all the same rules applied to brand new members, including the initial 2 month minimum. On the other hand, if you're just taking a vacation and you know exactly when you're restarting your membership, go to the Membership Suspension Request Form to request a discount.
