Signing Up Online: How It Works
You can start using your membership the same day you sign up. After payment, you'll receive a temporary member number to use for admission to yoga classes. Within 1-3 days, you'll receive a welcome email with your permanent member number.
As an alternative to paying online, you may also print a membership form and bring it to class, or fax it to us at 877-840-0956. |
Membership Terms & Conditions
Vacation/Suspension: If you plan to take a vacation of 2 weeks or more, you may be eligible for a discount on your membership payment for that month, if you notify us in advance of that month's payment. However, no vacations or suspensions may be scheduled during your first two months of membership.
Unused Time: There is no refund for unused time on memberships, and there are no extensions. Once you sign up it is your responsibility to use the membership to your satisfaction, or else cancel it. Those who are uncertain about their ability to commit should consider buying 5-Class Pass or 10-Class Pass instead of a membership (more info).
Cancellation/Suspension: To suspend, cancel, or update your membership, use forms provided on our Membership Management Page. Cancellation requests must be received at least five days before the next auto-pay date. Under no circumstances are date extensions granted. Memberships may not be used by, or transferred to, another person. For suspensions, no more than 3 cumulative months are allowed in one year. Rates and terms are subject to change.
