Directions:
We're located downtown, 10 blocks north of 22nd St. on South 4th Avenue.
Caution: We are not easy to find
from east of downtown, or North 4th Avenue, or the University. The construction of the 4th Avenue underpass
makes a map essential for newcomers - with these directions you'll find us easily.
Don't look for us on North 4th Avenue, where the shops
and restaurants are located. We're on SOUTH
4th Avenue. South 4th and North 4th are
not connected, and South 4th is much harder to find from the
north - first-timers, please take 22nd and come up 4th Avenue
from the south, and give yourself lots of extra time to find
us before your first class.
Parking
Bike Parking: Our location is ideal to reach by bicycle, and we have lots of bike parking directly out front. Many of our students ride their bikes, and sometimes there are 20 bikes out there during a class! Walking is also becoming more convenient with recent improvements and crosswalks across Broadway.
Car Parking: Evening & Weekends
Free during most class times
The best and easiest parking is at the street meters, which are free evenings (after 5 pm) and weekends.
Car Parking: Daytimes
If you come to class during business hours, you can still avoid paying the meters. See our Map of Free Parking Spots, all within 1 block of our building. Main options:
* Herbert Ave - Free parking just 1/2 block away, on the west side of the street only. Herbert is the alley between 4th & and 5th Avenues, 1/2 block to the west of us.
* Rialto Lot: Just 1 block north of us is a free public parking lot (2-hour max.) at Broadway & South 4th, between the two sections of Broadway where it splits. Park your car there and use the pedestrian crosswalk.
WARNING--DO NOT PARK IN THE DIRT LOT
* It's tempting to park in the big dirt lot behind Tucson Yoga, but we strongly advise against it. It's private property (with no signs telling you so) and cars parked there do occasionally get an expensive surprise ticket, courtesy of Peach Properties.
