Introduction to Yoga
February 14, 21, or 28, 2010
Sundays 5:00-6:30pm

Learn the basics of yoga in any one of these classes designed to get you started on a regular yoga practice, at home or in weekly classes.  In the workshop format of these classes, you'll learn the basic postures of yoga, plus alignment principles, breathing exercises, and philosophy.  The series is also open to continuing students as a refresher.

You may take one or more of these classes.  Cost is $6/class.  Tucson Yoga passes are also accepted, and it's free to TY Members.

Attendees will need a yoga mat.  Mats are for sale ($18 and up) or for rent ($1) at our studio.  Additional information for first-time students can be found on our Beginners Page.
