Introduction to Yoga

Learn the basics of yoga in this four-week series for beginners. The instructional format of these classes is designed to get you started on a regular yoga practice either at home or in weekly classes. Students will learn the basic postures of yoga, plus alignment principles, breathing exercises, and philosophy. The series is also open to continuing students as a refresher.

Participants will need a yoga mat. Mats are for sale ($18 and up) or for rent ($1) at our studio. Additional information for first-time students can be found on our Beginners Page.
