Introduction to Yoga

In our 3-week course for total beginners, learn the basics of yoga, including postures, proper alignment, breathing, and philosophy. Introduction to Yoga will prepare you for a regular yoga practice, at home or in weekly classes.

No Introduction to Yoga sessions are currently scheduled at this time.  Beginners, please attend a Basic Yoga or Gentle Yoga class on our regular weekly schedule.
