Unwind from the week and coast into your weekend every 2nd Friday with The Funky Friday Unwind. Enjoy an invigorating flow to help release tension from your body and then settle in for a guided Yoga Nidra and sound bath to ease your mind. Get funky and unwind! All levels are welcome. The flow will be mindful and challenging, but students are always encouraged to practice safely with respect to their own body.
