Cancellation & Absence Policy
for Workshops & Courses

Cancellations made 2 or more weeks in advance will receive a 100% refund minus a $10 administrative fee. Refunds will be distributed in the same way that the payment was made: credit card, paypal, or check/cash. 

Cancellations made less than 2 weeks but more than 72 hours in advance are eligible for a studio credit, minus a 20% administrative fee.  (The 72 hours is calculated from the actual time that the workshop is scheduled to begin.)

Cancellations made less than 72 hours in advance are not eligible for a refund or credit.  However, if you won't be attending the workshop we request that you still contact us to let us know.

Absences
Pre-registering for a course or workshop implies an agreement that you intend to show up at the scheduled times and days.  Make-up classes are not available, and payment cannot be applied to future sessions, except under the advance cancellation rules listed above.  Regrettably, we cannot refund payments for classes that are missed due to illness or emergencies.

How to Cancel Your Registration
Call 1-877-882-9642 ext. 9 or email ty@tucsonyoga.com to cancel a workshop registration payment.  If you paid online with a PayPal account that's under somebody else's name or with an old email address, be sure to specify the name and email address that were used to make the payment.
