Updates to your Auto-Pay
To update your email address, phone number, or billing address please contact us at ty@tucsonyoga.com.
To update your credit card, please call us at 988-1832 ext. 9 and leave a message on our secure voicemail system. We'll need the card type, card number, 3-digit card verification code, expiration date, plus your name and billing address.
Auto-Pay Cancellation/Suspension FAQ's
If I cancel my auto-pay, how long can I continue attending unlimited classes?
Your auto-pay will be valid for the full number of days you paid for. For example, if you submit a cancellation request on the 3rd day of the month and your last payment was on the 15th of the previous month, you'll still be able to use your auto-pay number until the 14th day of the current month.
Auto-Pay Suspension Guidelines:
• Vacation period must be a minimum of 14 days.
• For partial months, you will be charged for a full month and will later receive a credit, pro-rated for the number of vacation days scheduled.
• Suspensions may only be made in advance, so if your vacation has already begun or is past, you will only receive a credit for the portion of your vacation that has not yet passed, if it meets the minimum 14-day requirement.
