Saturday, Sept. 11, 2010
2-5pm
In this afternoon workshop we will go over subtle body anatomy drawing from
Tibetan Buddhist lineages such as Lady Niguma’s Yoga, and as well we will look at how
a morning meditation and yoga practice may fit into your life. We will focus on
developing this practice from the inside out. There will be a mix of lecture, meditation,
and asana for all levels. Curious beginners and long term practitioners are welcome.
